Sealed bids for “Hannum Springs” will be received by the Maryville Housing Development Corporation at 311 Atlantic Ave, Maryville, TN 37801 until 2:00 p.m., local time, on August 28, 2025, and then at said time publicly opened and read aloud.

A Pre‑Bid Conference will be held at 311 Atlantic Ave, Maryville, TN 37801 at 10:00 a.m., local time, on August 12, 2025.  All bidders are strongly encouraged to attend this meeting.
